The policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

How to start one

  1. Email kozyvella.shop@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Drop the package off, send us the tracking, and we refund within 5 business days of receiving it.

Damaged or wrong item?

That's on us — email us a photo and we'll either replace it immediately or refund you in full. No need to ship anything back.
